Appointments & Cancellations

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened service. The fee for service will remain the same. We kindly ask clients for at least a 24 hour notice prior to a cancellation. No shows or cancellations made less than 24-hours from the scheduled service time will require a credit card to hold next scheduled appointment. A 20% gratuity will be added to all Special Event, Bridal, and Group Bookings.

Children

Due to safety regulations, children are not permitted in our salon or service rooms, unless they are receiving a service. For the safety of your children and the mutual comfort of our guests, children may not be left unattended in any area of the spa. Please make appropriate arrangements for the care and safety of your children during your visit.

Concerns

Please let us know if you have a medical condition or if you may be pregnant, as some services may not be suitable. We want all our guests to have a wonderful experience so we ask that all cell phones be turned off upon check in.

Return Policy

FavoSpa stands behind all of our retail products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, please return the unused portion for an exchange or credit.
